What to expect on your journey with us

Requirements

You have to be 16 years old or above

Any language level is appropriate

We provide a minimum placement of 2 weeks

Have a positive attitude and can-do attitude

No previous experience is required to work in your desired sector

Sign Up

If you meet all the requirement, you can now sign up! Once you complete the sign-up form, you will receive an application form to tell us more about the kind of experience you are looking for, your interests and your future goals. This is what we will use to match your needs to the ideal host company, along with your CV to ensure a perfect match.

Company search and Interview

Now you can sit back and relax! We will start our search and find the right company to do your work placement. We will then arrange a Skype interview between you and the company, we will be with you every step of the way as this is an accompanied interview, and you will also be provided with preparation for the interview.

Placement confirmation or other options

Once there is a mutual agreement between you and the company, we will send a confirmation letter to you which will have all the details about the company and your role for the work placement. In the very rare event, there is no mutual agreement, we will have two other options ready.

Monitoring

Our monitoring scheme will run throughout the process. Your allocated tutor will be performing regular monitoring sessions to make sure you are happy with your experience.

Certification, reference letter and skills portfolio

Once you have completed your work experience, you will receive a certificate, reference letter and evaluation of your work performance, validated by the host company.
